Fun Summer Treat!

My daughter mentioned to me one day that she had watched a Tik-Tok of a girl who made this recipe. Funny enough, I had seen the same video and saved it so we could give this recipe a try!

Get Creative!

For starters, I used a vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt. Use about a cup and a half to two cups and spread it evenly on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. I was a bit worried that the yogurt would stick to the wax paper. Luckily, it did not. Since then, I purchased these silpat baking mats. I will give these a try next time I make the recipe. If you have a different kind of yogurt, feel free to use that too.

The toppings you add are completely up to you! For this, I used fresh strawberries that I sliced thin and frozen blueberries. Walnuts were a great addition to this as well. The video I saw used chocolate sauce as a topping, but I went with honey instead.

Once you are happy with your choice of toppings, place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until it is fully frozen. Then cut and enjoy!

Here is what you will need:

A Quick Tip

Be sure to keep this treat in the freezer or it will melt. Once it is fully frozen, cover with either saran wrap or foil to keep protected from getting freezer burned.
